Malvasia Sur lie, vintage 2011, it's a new product from Pilato's wine cellar. The grapes were harvested in the second half of September, and from this limited series was obtained only 2000 bottles.

After harvesting, the grapes fermented in french oak barrels (combination of new and used barrique barrels) where it matured for 4 months on the primary lees.
This wine has a yellow color and intense, fine and pleasant fragrance of vanilla and typical Malvasia's note of acacia blossom. It's a dry, warm, full bodied wine. It has a pronounced minerality and balance as well as the intense flavor that lingers in the mouth.

We recommend serving at 12-14 ° C.
